– Eat Well: A well balanced diet works wonders on the body. To have a healthier and happier life, pay attention to what goes into your body. Try to never skip breakfast and never eat dinner later than 8pm. Drink lots of water, green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take good care of your inside to look good on the outside.
– Sleep Well: Sleep not only helps the mind relax but the body as well. It is the one time the body gets to rest from all the stress put on it all through the day. Make sure to get at least eight hours of sleep every night and try to sneak in a twenty or thirty minute power nap in the day. Siestas aren’t just a ploy used by our parents to get us out of the way for a few minutes a day, they’re good for the body and mind.
– Exercise Regularly: Regular exercise keeps the body and mind healthy and makes you inevitably happy. Working out at least three times a week and engaging in daily exercises is good for the body. Try fitting in regular exercise into your daily routine and watch your body respond wonderfully.
– Take Time off Work: Avoid burn out from working round the clock, take a break to rejuvenate. Most offices offer employees a few days or weeks off every month or every few months, depending on the nature of the job. Regardless of whichever work it is, learn to take time off work to relax your body and mind. Use the time to recreate or take a vacation, relax the body and mind and return to work feeling happier and healthier than ever.
