In a ‘Shipping Position’ publication obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria, from the Nigerian Ports Authority, it was stated that six ships carrying Premium Motor Spirit, otherwise known as petrol have arrived Lagos ports waiting to discharge its products.
The publication was made available on Friday. The document revealed that two other ships have arrived the ports waiting to discharge aviation fuel and ethanol.
It was also noted in the publication that 31 other ships with petroleum products, food items and other goods are being expected from the 6th of May to the 26th of May.
Exclusive of this is a barrage of ships containing general cargoes, bulk sugar, buck wheat, bulk salt, frozen fish, crude palm olein, bulk gypsum, bulk charcoal, containers, ethanol, kerosene and diesel.
