Early Monday morning, Barcelona target, Paco Alcacer, passed his medical at the club’s Ciudad Deportiva, reports Marca.com
With the 22-year-old Valencia forward having passed his medical, Barcelona are expected to make the deal official in the coming hours.
Barcelona is believed to have paid 30 million euros to Valencia.
This is not the first time Barcelona is buying a forward from Valencia. In 2010 Barcelona bought then star striker, David Villa for €40 million.
Alcacer’s move to Barcelona may now force youngster, Munir El Haddadi – who has also been considering a move to Celta Vigo – to push for a move away from Camp Nou in the opposite direction.
