Spanish La Liga side, Barcelona has remained adamant in its pursuit of Arsenal’s 20-year-old right full back, Hector Bellerin.
Bellerin who joined Arsenal from Barcelona in 2011 has been fantastic for Arsenal since his first team debut despite his young age.
With Barcelona looking to bring back the right full back to Camp Nou, Arsenal are hoping to keep the youngster at the Emirate stadium and may offer him a new contract soon, sources close to the club says.
Since Arsenal have made it abundantly clear that they are not ready to let go of the young Spaniard, Barcelona are looking to turn to plan B which is Chelsea’s Cesar Azpilicueta.
Barcelona will sure face stiff opposition at this with Chelsea’s former manager, Jose Mourinho, now of Manchester United rumoured to be interested in the versatile full back’s signature.
French giant, Paris St-Germain, and Spanish sides, Atletico Madrid and Atletico Bilbao have also shown interest in the Chelsea man who plays comfortably on either side of the defense.
As Real Madrid hopes to take the La Liga title from Barcelona next season, the Madrid giant is also looking to bolster its squad with the addition of a new goalkeeper.
Real is hoping to sign Manchester United goalkeeper, David De Gea even though it failed in the same bid last summer.
But signing De Gea looks very unlikely for Madrid again this summer as according to Sky Sports’ Guillem Balague, “he (De Gea) wants to stay with Manchester United and give his best under Jose”.
With this indication, Real is said to have given up on signing the goalkeeper.
