In what has been described as the longest reign at the top of billboard music chart, Canadian rapper, Drake’s ‘One Dance’ featuring Nigeria’s Wizkid, has remained on top for 13 weeks in a row.
It has dominated the chart as No. 1 since its release in April.
‘One dance’ which is from the rapper’s fourth studio album, ‘Views’ features vocals from Nigerian pop star Wizkid and British singer Kyla.
The song is about the spiritual connection two people can have in a club, when vibrations charge the air and they lose themselves.
BBC reports that only two songs have had a longer unbroken spell at the summit: Love Is All Around (15 weeks) and Bryan Adams’ Everything I Do, I Do It For You (16).
