As uncertainty continues to trail the future of Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, a new name has emerged as the next possible gaffer at the north London side.
The name is Giovanni Van Bronckhorst, according to the Star.
The Feyenoord boss who featured for the Gunners from 2001-2003 is believed to have been recommended for the job by his former French boss, Wenger.
According to report, Wenger might give the signal for the former Dutch international to take over at the end of the 2018-19 season.
The 42-year-old won the Eredivisie last season with the Rotterdam club after an 18-year wait, but this term his side have struggled to contend in Champions League football, dropping 14 points behind leaders PSV.
