Super Eagles Forward, Kelechi Iheanacho was among the goal scorers as Manchester City rout Championship side, Huddersfield 5 – 1 in the Emirates FA Cup round of 16 replay fixture on Wednesday night.

Hudderfield forced the Citizens to a goalless draw in the first leg to force a replay at the Etihad.

Iheanacho came off the bench to replace Sergio Aguero in the 79th minute and registered a last-minute goal to complete the 5 – 1 rout. It was his seventh goal of the season in 21 appearances in all competition for the Citizens.

Harry Burn put the visitors ahead seven minutes into the game before Leroy Sane equalized on the half hour mark.

Sergio Aguero put City in the lead five minutes later from the spot and Pablo Zabaleta made it 4 – 1 for City few minute before the break.

Aguero scored his second and City’s fourth in the 73rd minute before making way for Kelechi Iheanacho in the 79th minute who wrapped up the tie, tapping in Jesus Navas cross in the 91st minute.

Manchester City now face a tricky away clash against Middlesbrough at the quarter-finals on Sunday, March 11.
