A study conducted by Harvard Medical School found that participants who drank more than five cups of green tea a day had a 26 percent lower risk of death from heart attack or stroke. In addition, the study found that people who drank green tea on a daily basis had a 28 percent lower risk of coronary artery disease than those who didn’t.
