Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been named the Premier League player of the month following a stunning September. The Englishman saw off impressive performers like Sergio Aguero, Alvaro Morata and Romelu Lukaku.

In September, Kane scored six goals in four PL appearances, as well as netting a five times in two Champions League outings.

The Spurs vice-captain has now won the award five times, following former successes in January 2015, February 2015, March 2016 and February 2017.

The Manager of the month award went to Manchester City manager, Pep Guadiola after going the entire month without dropping a point while recording dominant wins against top teams like Liverpool and Chelsea.

It is the Spaniard’s second Premier League Manager of the Month award since arriving at City last season.
