Armenian play-maker, Henrikh Mkhitaryan is now only a step away from joining Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United after the English Premier League side agreed fee with his current club, Borrusia Dortmund.
Sky Sports confirms that the agreed fee is £26.3m.
With fees agreed and reports that the 27 years old has agreed personal terms with United after talks with his agent, the transfer will soon be completed, possibly after he undergoes his medical next week.
Dortmund would do itself a lot of good by letting the midfielder go for some money while they can as he has shown no signs that he wants his contract which will run out on the 30th of June 2017 renewed.
At 27, Mkhitaryan who joined Dortmund in 2013 from Shakhtar Donetsk for £23.5m captains the Armenian national team and is also their record highest goal scorer with 19 goals in 59 appearances, making him the country’s most capped player.
He got 18 goals and 25 assists for Dortmund in all competitions last season.
