Nollywood actress, Henrietta Kosoko, most popular for her roles in Nollywood Yoruba movies has passed on. Her passing was announced on Monday.
According to close relatives, the 53-year-old actress died of diabetes, a disease she battled for a while at R-Jolad Hospital, Bariga, Lagos State, Nigeria.
She was a fantastic actress and became famous in 1995, after she played the lead role in the Yoruba movie, Omolade. She was married to veteran Nollywood actor, Jide Kosoko.
According to TNS, “Henrietta Kosoko was born on May 30, 1963. She was a native of Delta state but had strong connections to Mushin in Lagos State because she grew up there so she liked to say she was from there.”
