Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo visited Kano state on Saturday to perform the foundation laying ceremony of 2,000 housing units’ projects initiated by the State government.

The Vice President also used the opportunity to commiserate with victims of the recent fire incident at the Sabon Gari market in Kano state.

The foundation laying ceremony of the Integrated Skills Acquisition Center and 122 waste disposal tricycles near Amana City in Kumbotso Local Government Area of the State was also performed by the Vice President.

Prof. Osinbajo accompanied by Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje and hundreds of Kano residents and party loyalists also flagged off the construction of Sharada Under Pass Bridge and the reconstruction of one and half kilometre road in Sabon Gari area of the state.

While speaking, the Vice President assured Nigerians that Government is doing its best to solve the current problems confronting the country and its citizens. According to him, the APC-led administration is committed and determined to provide Nigerians with good governance.
