Though sitting top of the Premier League log with seven points clear, Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte still thinks the competition is ‘very very difficult’.

The Series A winning manager was speaking ahead of Chelsea’s Monday night visit to the London Stadium to face West Ham United in a London derby when he admitted the difficulty of the English league.

He said: “This League is very very difficult, to win the title and also find a place to play in the Champions League is not easy.”

About Chelsea’s current position as the league leader, Conte said his team is exactly where it wants to be.

“This is our target,” he said, however, explaining that “it wasn’t easy to start the season knowing that six strong teams fight for the title and Champions League”.
